Since 1985, Behm Design has provided building plans for successful projects all over the U.S. offering building plans for garages, homes and recently, designer sheds. Jay Behm, owner of Behm Design has had over twenty-five years of design and technical drafting experience. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree completed at the University of Washington College of Architecture and Urban Planning, in architecture. Behm Design plans are professionally designed and drawn for accuracy and clarity. Our designer shed plansets are prepared with the same content as our garage plans. For designer shed plans we use 8 1/2" x 11" standard letter-size black on white copies for instant download and convenient use. For most locations building permits are not required for these small structures. However, it's best to check with local authorities before buying a planset and building your shed - just to be safe.
